Training

One of the key components of the Sunday school ministry is the ongoing training of existing and potential workers in the organization.  Whether the director meets with the teachers and workers of the Sunday school on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis, these can be a time of training, updates and quality learning.  Use some of the resources below to train the Sunday school leaders and help them develop their skill sets and ministry functions.  You may print these checklists and articles and use them for a discussion time in your ministry training sessions.

Learning is a never ending quest and the Sunday school staff that makes training a regular part of the ministry will prosper and see the Lord's blessing.
